"Brain fog" may entail difficulty in concentrating or focusing, retrieving memories, choosing the right words, or completing tasks, or feeling confused or not completely conscious.
To help dispel it, Mind-Pro supplies a variety of herbs, nutrients, and compounds the brain can use to maintain its cognitive and memory functions. These include:
- ALA, one of the few supplementary compounds capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier, to protect the brain from oxidative damage;
- Bacopa, which can improve memory by increasing the communication between neurons;
- Choline or Alpha-GPC, which our bodies can use to produce acetylcholine, to help with memory;
