This product was previously marketed as Klean Cognitive Support, because it uses biotin and two extensively-researched ingredients licensed from Juvenon (acetyl L-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid), which all contribute to energy metabolism in order to give the body and brain the fuel needed during a strenuous training session or a critical competition.

DL alpha-Lipoic Acid: 133.3 mg
Biotin: 100 mcg*
Choline alfoscerate (from soy): 33.3 mg
Lutein (from Marigold oleoresin): 4 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: VitaBerry® Fruit Blend (Grape, grape seed extract), wild blueberry, wild blueberry extract, raspberry, raspberry seed concentrate, cranberry, prune, tart cherry, wild bilberry, wild bilberry extract, strawberry), hypromellose (capsule), calcium carbonate, cellulose, silica, and magnesium stearate.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 3 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry location in a tightly sealed, light and oxygen-resistant container out of reach of children.
Warnings:
