Remember the aphorism, "We are what we eat?" Research indicates a typical 'Western-style' diet high in fats and sugars and relatively low in vegetables and fibre can produce a higher proportion of one type of intestinal flora (Firmicutes) and less of another (Bacterioidetes) that's more prevalent in lean people (who also tend to be better at metabolizing the food to convert it to energy rather than storing it as fat).
Fortunately, research also shows that ingesting certain other strains can help lower cholesterol (Specifically, small dense low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol, or sdLDL-C) and produce significant weight reductions.
5 Proven Strains
HMF Metabolic contains a combination of five strains (including one [Lactobacillus plantarum CUL66] with proven cholesterol-lowering abilities) which have been collectively shown (in a clinical trial) to be able to produce significant reductions in: overall weight (1.3 kg, on average – more, in more obese individuals); waist size (by an average of .93 cm, or about an inch); and BMI (by -.47kg/m2) after two months of use, in this particular dosage – and that's all without any change in their regular diet or activities, so imagine what could be achieved if that was accompanied by more exercise and a better diet, as well.
Nor did the benefits stop there: those taking HMF Metabolic also experienced far fewer 'cold & flu' type (i.e., Upper Respiratory Tract Infection) symptoms like coughs and sneezes than the placebo group did, and as a whole, they had about a ten percent improvement in mood, energy levels, state of health, and general wellness after that time, which was significantly higher than the placebo group (about 3X higher, when averaged over these four quality of life areas).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose, sunflower lecithin, silica.

Suggested Usage:
