Ashwagandha, Bacopa, and Turmeric, which each all been used in Ayurvedic medicine for a long time, are now turning up in a lot of studies in Western medicine, as well, for their abilities to reduce inflammation, cortisol levels, and some symptoms of stress and depression (such as insomnia).
While many types of supplements only deliver certain key extracts of herbs (the ones believed to constitute their most active ingredients) in sufficient concentration to try to ensure a therapeutic dosage gets absorbed by our bodies, Living Alchemy's approach is to deliver the whole plant after subjecting it to a fermentation process, which can greatly improve the herb's digestibility; deliver co-factors which might be needed to fully utilize even the most active ingredient; deliver other active ingredients whose contributions may have been undetected or overlooked, to date; and enhance its total nutritional content.

Fermented, Organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root): 120 mg
Supporting Herbal Blend, consisting of:
- Organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root): 120 mg
- Organic Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri, whole plant): 80 mg
- Organic Turmeric (Curcuma longa, rhizome): 80 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Pullulan (capsule).
Gluten and dairy free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Free from excipients, binders, additives, and any artificial ingredients or chemicals at every stage of manufacture.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, either with or without food.
Warnings:
