Product Notes:
The original version of this shake (which came in a resealable bag) provided 14 grams of fat as medium chain triglycerides and sunflower oil, and 20 grams of whey protein isolate, and a wide range of vitamins and minerals to maintain optimal nutrition and to aid in energy production and metabolism. The new formulation (which has also been given a new name: Ultra TKD, for Total Keto Diet) reverses the first two; it now provides 20g of fat (which can be used as energy when you are at the state of ketosis) and 15 of protein, but still has the identical array of supporting vitamins and minerals.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 scoops of the shake powder with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of chilled water daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications. Shake container well before each use.
Warnings:
Do not use Metagenics Keto Shake powder if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a milk allergy. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
