Metagenics PhytoMulti is available in your choice of either Tablets (which you take two of, per day) or Capsules (which require three a day, since they have two-thirds of their amounts) – either without iron (for the Capsules and regular Tablet type) or With Iron (for the Tablets with that name).

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take either 2 tablets or 3 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take Metagenics Phyto-Multi a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
