Suggested Usage and Care Instructions:
Aspire Bakeware Tart Pans: Wash with warm, soapy water and rinse and dry before using for the first time. Follow the normal baking instructions for your recipe: same oven temperature, same cooking time, etc. After your item has finished baking, remove from oven. Run knife along edge of pan, then quickly turn pan over onto rack to cool. Your cake, bread, etc. will slide out of the baking pan and onto the cooling rack or serving plate. Baked products can also be cut into slices or sections without scratching the baking pan. Wash with warm, soapy water, and rinse and dry, when done. Dishwasher safe.
Flaky Pie Crust Pans: Do not use knives, sharp utensils or abrasive cleaning products on the surface, to protect the non-stick coating. Wash pie pan before use. Place pie pan directly on the oven rack, not on a tray. After cooking, place the pan on an easy to clean surface to avoid mess when serving (the bottom may be greasy).
