Research indicates White Willow bark is capable relieving headache pain, reducing the fever associated with the common cold, and providing short term relief of the pain and inflammation associated with certain musculoskeletal and joint-related conditions (including osteoarthritis, lower back pain, and minor injuries or overexertion).
This formulation of it not only contains a standardized extract of its best known active ingredient (Salicin, the salicylate the 'S' in ASA is made from), but also a balance of the other polyphenol and flavonoid compounds naturally present in it, which also appear to have therapeutic effects.

Each capsule contains:
400 mg White Willow Bark (Salix alba) (Standardized to min. 15% Salicin)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Veg. Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
This is a non-GMO, Kosher, and vegan/vegetarian product which is made without gluten and is corn-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, and soy-free.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using NOW Foods White Willow if you have asthma, or peptic ulcer disease, or if you are taking anticoagulants or products containing acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, heartburn, or diarrhea, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
