Herbalism Essentials: Two sizes of capsules are available: either size 0 (which some may call size O), which are in the bag pictured, which can hold 500 mg of contents; or the fatter size 00 (size "OO"), which can contain 735 mg.

Suggested Usage:
To fill, either purchase an inexpensive manual capsule filling machine or put your herb blend into a bowl and push the inside portion of a capsule into the herbs to pack the capsule. Once filled, push the two halves back together until they click.
Ingredients:
Vegetarian types: HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose: a polymer derived from plant fibers), Purified Water. (Some variants [those with the more floral label] may also contain Sorbitol USP and Colloidal Silicon Dioxide USP.) Certified Kosher.
Gelatin type: Either:
- Gelatin NF, Water, Silicon Dioxide USP, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate NF (for the ones in a more 'floral' label); or just,
- Bovine Hide Gelatin and and Purified Water (for the ones in the new pale blue labels)
