This light, fluffy, Certified Organic Unbleached White Flour is suitable for all your baking needs. It is sourced from a flour mill with official Organic Processor status close to our retail location in Winnipeg, using local wheat, without any of the chemical bleaching agents used in the standard store-bought white flours.
Product Notes:
This is an All-Purpose organic flour, produced from the Canada Western Red Spring (CWRS – also known Hard Red Spring Wheat) which is prevalent in these parts. It can be used for virtually any type of baked goods (including biscuits, cakes, cookies, muffins, or even quick breads or yeast breads – although you might want to use a heavier type of flour to make bread with), or for making your own pasta from scratch, or for white sauces, and more.
