A versatile plant, Hawthorn has been used as support for a variety of heart-related issues including chest pain, irregular heartbeat, heart failure, and more recently (as these conditions came to be understood more), high blood pressure and hardening of the arteries.
Modern studies show it contains antioxidant flavonoids including OPCs (oligomeric procyanidins, which are also in grapes/red wine), which may be able to improve blood flow and help dilate blood vessels and protect them from damage; and proanthocyanidin, which also relaxes blood vessels, which can lower blood pressure.
Reportedly, hawthorn can be quite useful in easing the pain from angina and in facilitating exercise and recovery from heart attacks, by reducing symptoms brought on by exertion, such as palpitations, breathing problems, and fatigue.

Ingredients:
Each ml contains: 250 mg Certified Organic Hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata) fruit, leaves, flowers (1:4 extract).
Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% Certified Organic Cane Alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 to 2 ml, three times daily.
