Adrenal Cortisol Support combines nutritional factors such as Vitamin C, Pantothenic Acid, and Chromium Chelavite with Relora, a proprietary herbal combination, to support healthy adrenal function, normal cortisol levels, relieve stress, and stress-related eating.

Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) (Leaf) (Standardized to contain 50% EGCg and 1% Caffeine): 90 mg
Lecithin (from Soya Oil): 50 mg
Vitamin C (as Calcium Ascorbate): 33 mg
Rhodiola Extract (Rhodiola rosea) (Root) (Standardized to contain 3% Rosavins and 1% Salidrosides): 20 mg
Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera) (Root) (Standardized to contain 4.5% withanolides): 20 mg
Holy Basil Extract (Ocimum tenuiflorum) (Leaf) (Standardized to contain 2% Ursolic Acid): 20 mg

Suggested Usage:
Take 1 capsule three times daily, with food. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking any medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Warnings:
Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, attempting to conceive or if you have bipolar (spectrum) disorder. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended; exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to using Adrenal Cortisol Support if you have a medical condition, are taking any prescription medication or hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or if you have liver disorder. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner.
Known Adverse Reactions: May cause heartburn, shaking hands, perilabial numbness, sexual dysfunction and thyroid dysfunction. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use and if symptoms persist or worsen or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice) consult a health care practitioner. For use beyond 3 months: Dizziness, irritated skin, nausea and diarrhea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with Green Tea Extract containing products have been reported in Canada and internationally.
