Product Notes:

Vitamin D plays numerous roles in our bodies: not only in promoting stronger bones and teeth because of how it assists us in absorbing calcium and phosphate, but also in activating our immune defenses, and helping to regulate cell growth and differentiation.

Although it can be produced by our own bodies with sufficient exposure to solar UVB rays and is also present in fish and fortified milk, those who avoid those foods or who do not get enough direct exposure to the sun can often benefit from supplementation.
