Pure Encapsulations' HM Complex features an exceptional type of modified citrus pectin with a low molecular weight, which enables it to easily pass through the intestinal barrier and bind to low levels of heavy metals which might be present there from common, mild environmental exposure, and facilitates their excretion, plus other natural ingredients to help regulate the distribution or nullify the effects of common heavy metals in the tissues, including chlorella, zinc, and selenium, plus Sulforaphane from broccoli sprout concentrate, to help boost the expression of many of the genes responsible for protecting against oxidative stress and facilitating detoxification.

Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) sprout: 83.3 mg (standardized to contain 333.3 mcg of sulforaphane)
Chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa) Broken cell wall: 100 mg
DL-alpha-Lipoic acid: 33.3 mg
L-Methionine (free-form): 66.7 mg
PectaSol-C® Modified citrus pectin: 333.3 mg
N-Acetyl-L-cysteine (free-form): 100 mg
Selenium (selenomethionine): 33.3 mcg
Zinc (zinc citrate): 3.3 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, ascorbyl palmitate.

Suggested Usage:
Take 3 capsules daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have diabetes or kidney stones; or if you are taking blood thinners.
