Magnesium (Magnesium bisglycinate): 200 mg
Calcium (Lithothamnion corallioides - Whole): 100 mg
Vegan Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) Vitashine™: 10 mcg (400 IU)
Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7) [K2Vital® Delta]: 60 mcg
Glycine (Aminoacetic acid): 1.7 g
Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric Acid, Raspberry Flavour, Xylitol, Stevia.
Suggested Usage:
Take Purica Ionic Bone with food, either a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products (if applicable). Place 1 teaspoon of powder in a glass or mug; slowly add 6 ounces of hot water while stirring, allowing it to fizz and mix completely. It is best to do this in two stages: first adding 2 ounces of water, and allowing to dissolve completely, and then adding the additional 4 ounces to fizz up. Drink Ionic Bone slowly.
