Although it's present in many foods, groups at risk of being deficient in magnesium include those with burns, those taking certain medications, those with low blood levels of calcium, those who have undergone surgery, and those who have problems absorbing nutrients from the intestinal tract (malabsorption).
Some symptoms of a magnesium deficiency may include experiencing muscle cramps during a work-out, or a tension headache. This formula provides an easily digested form of magnesium in a liquid solution.

Suggested Usage:
Adults and adolescents (9 years and older): Take 10 ml twice daily, preferably before meals.
Children (age 4 to 8): Take 5 ml once daily, preferably before a meal.
Shake bottle well before use. A measuring cup is provided.
Must be refrigerated after opening. Do not freeze. Consume within 4 weeks after opening.
This product contains no alcohol, preservatives or additives. Do not contaminate the formula by drinking directly from the bottle.
Ingredients:
62.5 mg of Magnesium (gluconate and citrate) per 5 ml dose, or 125 mg per 10 ml.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Aqueous extract of chamomile flowers, fennel seed, bitter orange peel, carrot and spinach in a base of honey, apricot juice, mango juice, pineapple juice, pear juice, natural flavour and water.
Contains no: Yeast, wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose, alcohol, or GMO ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians.
