Each 2.15 gram serving contains:
Myo-Inositol: 2 grams
D-Chiro-Inositol: 50 mg
Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium salt): 200 mcg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 1.5 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic Oryza sativa (rice) hull powder.
Women Sense PCOSense contains no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs, and no artificial preservatives, colours, or sweeteners.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Stir one scoop (2.15 g) in 250 mL of water two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of 12 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Please note, that although Inositol is extremely safe, some individuals may experience diarrhea if you begin at the full dose. To avoid that, you may want to start with a lower dose and slowly and gradually increase to the full dose.
