(from 10 g fresh juice, equivalent to 16 g fresh fruit)

Suggested Usage:
Children 5 years old and up: Dissolve 1 heaping scoop (1.25 g) of powder in water or some other beverage. Take once daily.
Adults: Take once daily. Dissolve 5 g (four heaping scoops) of powder in water or another beverage.
Store initially at room temperature; keep in a dark place without direct sunlight. For optimal freshness, refrigerate after opening. Replace the cap tightly after use, as elderberry powder readily absorbs moisture when exposed to air.
