The retractable stick applicator makes it mess-free and easy use. Simply take the cap off, dial the wheel, and rub it on to apply the balm to the afflicted area. The balm itself is semi-solid, devoid of colour, and does not stain.
The natural ingredients (primarily menthol) work together to provide a sense of cooling to provide immediate relief from the pain. This is followed by a warming sensation (caused by methyl salicylate) both to help your muscles relax and to increase the local blood circulation to help reduce inflammation, assist in detoxification, and restore proper function to strained muscles, joints, and/or tendons in the affected region.
Because of its external application, Medistick will not cause any sort of digestive stress, unlike oral pain relievers. It’s safe enough to use up to 4 times per day, but 1 or 2 applications are normally enough for most people.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Paraffin Wax, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, White Petroleum, Oleic Acid 700, BHT.
Paraben-free.
Suggested Usage:
Medistik can be used to provide temporary soothing relief of sore muscles associated with strains and sprains, backaches, lumbago, pain of tendons and/or ligaments as well as arthritic pain.
For adults and children over 12 years of age (whose usage should be supervised by an adult): Medistik can be applied up to 4 times a day for pain relief, but usually 1 or 2 times is enough. Try applying some along your spine before bed; it may help you wake up feel completely relaxed.
A stinging or burning sensation may be experienced during the first few minutes as the formula begins working.
If applying it onto your hands for the relief of arthritis or muscle pain, keep it on for at least 10 minutes before washing hands.
Consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
Warnings:
For external use only. The application of external heat may cause skin irritation or skin burn. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and mucous membranes. Do not bandage. Do not use Medistik if you are allergic to salicylates or if are taking anticoagulant medications.
