AOR has added hops to improve upon its previous 'Estro-Detox' formulation, since traditional herbal medicine uses hops for their ability to help relieve nervousness, and also added choline to provide liver support for optimal functioning. Its main applications are for balancing the relative levels of estrogen to progesterone; and promoting healthy and regular menstruations.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take two capsules with breakfast daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
