LactiumPure Casein Hydrolysate for Stress Relief
Clinical studies have found not only that LactiumPure – the patented, active protein ingredient in NuSera which is derived from cow's milk – improves stress response measures in both the physical (digestion, cardiovascular) and cognitive or emotional spheres, but also helps increase sleep duration.
LactiumPure® is a variant of a proprietary ingredient produced by the French company Ingredia, at Metagenics' request. It differs from the standard Lactium® version by only being made with hydrolysed casein (milk proteins that have already been partially broken down into smaller peptides or amino acids) rather than from a mix of hydrolysed and intact casein.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Sorbitol, Fructose, Cocoa, Natural Chocolate Flavour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Natural Cream Flavour, Silicon Dioxide, Guar Gum, and Natural Vanilla Flavour.
This product is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one chewable tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
Keep Metagenics NuSera out of the reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using Casein Hydrolysate supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have any known allergies to milk or milk ingredients. Do not exceed four chews daily; excessive consumption may cause drowsiness. Avoid use if taking benzodiazepine or consuming alcohol.
