Tart cherries are rich in antioxidants (which neutralize free radicals associated with disease and arterial plaque build-up), and are also a natural source of melatonin (the substance which helps us get to and stay asleep), and of anthocyanins, which promote joint health. This concentrate is made from the sweeter tasting Montmorency variety, grown in this company's own orchards in Michigan. It doesn't need refrigeration until it's opened, and it's easily made into a juice or mixed into your favorite drink. There is enough here to make a gallon, or sixteen servings.

Suggested Usage:
