Product Notes:

L-Carnitine is found in the amino acid lysine. It helps delay fatigue during physical activity and aids the body's recovery from muscle tissue damage, and so may be particularly useful to take as an adjunct to exercising, to help rejuvenate muscles as well as reduce the effects of oxidative stress caused by exercise.
