Suggested Usage:
Take 2 tablets per day with food, a few hours before or after taking any other medications or natural health products, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Store bottle in a cool, dry place.

Keep bottle out of reach of children. Do not use Klean Athlete Multivitamin / Douglas Laboratories Two-a-Day if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using Klean Multi-Vitamin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
