This Deluxe Accessory Package (2023 Edition) does not include any of the standard accessories that are sold with every Ankarsrum machine; this is a package of additional accessories. The Ankarsrum Assistent Original is a versatile and powerful kitchen machine; there is wide range of accessories available for your Ankarsrum.
The Deluxe Package Includes:
- Meat Mincer/Grinder - with 4.5 mm disc
- 3 Additional hole discs, 2.5mm, 6mm, and 8mm
- 4-Blade Knife
- Sausage horn (attaches to meat grinder to make sausage)
- Strainer (Strain fruits and berries to purée and mousse)
- Grater (Grate nuts, almonds, bread crusts, Parmesan cheese, carrots, potatoes etc.)
- Cookie attachment (Pipe pastry in four different shapes. Fits meat grinder/mincer)
- Citrus press Attachment (Squeeze fresh juice from oranges, grapefruits and lemons.)
