Vitamin K has been shown to be able to promote healthy bones and help out with diseases such as osteoporosis because it regulates calcium utilization. The most common way to obtain it is through leafy greens including spinach and kale; however, Douglas Laboratories makes it easy to obtain your daily dosage here in capsule form.

Vitamin K is made effortlessly absorbable when it is in the form of menaquinone-7 (also known as MK-7), which is more efficacious at increasing bone mineral density and promoting bone quality and strength than some other forms of vitamin K, due to its higher bioavailability and longer half-life.

Each capsule contains:
90 mcg Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7)
Non-medicinal ingredients: cellulose, hypromellose (capsule), ascorbyl palmitate.
Contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk/dairy, starch, artificial colouring, preservatives or flavouring.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one capsule per day. Store in a cool, dry place.
