Product Notes:

Pectin turns into a gel when combined with water. If you take it about a half hour before eating, it can not only help slow down how quickly the carbohydrates in your meal get absorbed in your intestine in order to reduce blood sugar spikes. In addition to weight management, fruit fibre pectin can have detoxifying properties as it binds to fats and bile acids, which may also help lower cholesterol and help prevent gallstones.
