Q. Do you have a retail location or are you only online?
A. Aviva is incorporated in both the United States and Canada. We operate a large natural health retail store in Winnipeg, MB Canada. This location also serves as our primary shipping and customer service center for avivahealth.com. We work with several partners in the United States to deliver product in the US as well. Please see our customer service page for more information including custoemr service hours.

Q. Where do you get your coconut butter from?
A. The Mt. Banahaw region in the Philippines supplies Aviva with its pure premium coconut butter.
Q. Who is Nathan Zassman?
A. Nathan Zassman is the owner of Aviva Natural Health Solutions. Nathan is a trained nutrition practitioner. Very experienced, with certifications in nutritional therapies, he has studied with many well known physicians who specialize in a nutritional approach to health and healing, and is experienced in providing comprehensive, personalized health improvement programs. Nathan and his staff of natural health advisors operate Aviva's retail center and avivahealth.com.

Can I call in orders? What is your phone number?

A. Absolutely, you can contact any of the health advisors at Aviva and we will be happy to take your order. Our toll-free number is 866-947-6789. Regular operating hours for both stores can be found here. Often there may be staff taking calls outside of regular business hours, or you may leave us a message and someone will return your call the next business day. Of course you can also place orders online 24 hours a day. 
Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. Due to the constantly changing and large number of products we carry, it is not possible to provide a print catalogue. You can always browse avivahealth.com by health category, or search for specific items using the search box at the top of each page. We do our best to keep our site up to date with the ever changing number of products carried in our retail store.
Q. Do you have a location in my city?
A. Aviva maintains a retail center in Winnipeg, but we do not have any additional shop locations at this time. We do ship product all over the USA, Canada and worldwide everyday.
Q. Can I get a discount?
A. Some product pages on our site list quantity or percentage discounts specific to those particular products. In some cases, short-dated products and/or large bulk orders may be eligible for discounts based on volume, please contact customer service for details.
Q. What is your return policy?

Q. When will my order arrive? What are your shipping policies?
A. Normal delivery time to the USA is 8-12 business days. Please see our shipping policies on the Terms of Use page for information on how we ship your orders.

Q. What do you have to support my health condition?
A. If you are looking for nutritional support products, our staff may be able to assist you in finding helpful products. Consultation services are also available from Aviva. Contact us for more information.

We strive to keep our site updated with all of the products featured in our retail center, but if you're looking for a product and cannot locate it online, it is still possible that we do carry it. Please forward any product inquiries you may have to our customer support staff, we'll be sure to let you know if we have what you're looking for in stock or any similar items available.

The amount on my Order Review page isn't the same as the amount on my credit card statement, what's going on?

A. Most product pricing on avivahealth.com is listed by default in Canadian funds. American (and other international) customers may use the built-in currency converter on avivahealth.com to display approximate pricing in USD, but most orders are processed in Canadian funds. USD pricing shown is an approximation based on the exchange rate made available electronically to Aviva at that time. These rates fluctuate daily. Your actual exchange rate will be set by your credit card carrier and may be different than the rate used to display approximate USD pricing on our site.
Q. With the Canadian and American dollars around par, why do some products still cost more in Canada?
A.

Aviva strives to carry a wide range of top quality products sourced from locations around the world. We're proud to offer a unique selection of products to our customer in both the United States and Canada.

We always try to structure agreements with our suppliers that allow us to offer quality health products at the best possible price, and we are frequently able to offer many items at par or better based on the daily exchange. However, all products imported from the United States do incur shipping, handling, and brokerage charges. Some products are also subject to import taxes and duty, so the retail cost of these items will unfortunately always be higher in Canada than for US residents, regardless of the relative strength of the Canadian dollar.
