Hydro Clear uses the purest form of (milk-based) whey protein: isolates, which have nearly 95% of the original protein content and very low amounts of lactose and fat, thanks to a cold cross-flow ultra-filtration and advanced micro-filtration process which preserves as much of the milk's Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) which provide sustained lean muscle and recovery support and the micro-fractions which support immunity, as possible, while leaving out the less agreeable parts.

Suggested Usage:
Add one 25-g scoop (enclosed) of Hydro Clear to 400 to 500 ml (14-16 oz) of water in blender, shaker cup, or glass, and blend, shake or stir for about 20 to 30 seconds until the powder is all dissolved. Let it sit for 30 seconds before consuming. Store jar in a cool, dry place.
