A. Absolutely, you can contact any of the health advisors at Aviva, we're happy to help you with product questions and take your order. Our toll-free number is (866) 947-6789. Regular operating hours for our retail store can be found here. You can also leave us a message and someone will return your call the next business day. Of course you can also place orders online 24 hours a day.
Q. Do you have a retail location or are you only online?
A. We operate one of the largest natural health stores in the country at 1224 St. James Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This location also serves as our shipping and customer service centre for avivahealth.com. See store hours.
Q. Who is Nathan Zassman?
A. Nathan Zassman is the owner of Aviva Natural Health Solutions. Nathan is a trained nutrition practitioner. Very experienced, with certifications in nutritional therapies, he has studied with many well known physicians who specialize in a nutritional approach to health and healing, and is experienced in providing comprehensive, personalized health improvement programs. Nathan and his staff of natural health advisors operate Aviva's retail centre and avivahealth.com.
Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. Due to the constantly changing and large number of products we carry, it is not possible to provide a print catalogue. You can always browse avivahealth.com by health category, or search for specific items using the search box at the top of each page. We do our best to keep our site up to date with the ever changing number of products carried in our retail store.
Q. Do you have a location in my city?
A. Aviva maintains a retail centre in Winnipeg, but we do not have any additional locations at this time. We do ship across Canada, the USA, and worldwide everyday.
Q. Can I get a discount?
A. Some product pages on our site list quantity or percentage discounts specific to those particular products. In some cases, short-dated products and/or large bulk orders may be eligible for discounts based on volume; please contact customer service for details.
Q. What is your return policy?

Q. What does it mean when my cart says "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address"?
A. Due to vendor policies or government regulations, a small number of items on our website are restricted to sales within Canada. If you're seeing this message, one of the items in your cart is likely not eligible for shipping to the USA.

A. Tell your friends about us! If you've had success with a product we offer, send us a review. If you have a website, we'd very much appreciate a link to our site or to any of your favourite articles or products on avivahealth.com.
A. If you are looking for nutritional support products, our staff may be able to assist you in finding helpful products, but we always recommend that you consult with your healthcare professional prior to taking any nutritional supplements or discontinuing/changing your use of any medications. Consultation services are also available from Aviva.
Q. Do you have ... ?
A. We do try to keep our site updated with all of the products featured in our retail centre, but if you're looking for a product and cannot locate it online, it is still possible that we do carry it. Please forward any product inquiries you may have to our customer support staff, we'll be sure to let you know if we have what you're looking for in stock, or if any similar items are available.
Q. The amount shown on my order isn't the same as the amount on my credit card statement, what's going on?
A. Product pricing on avivahealth.com is listed in Canadian funds, orders and are processed in Canadian dollars. American (and other international) customers may use the built-in currency converter on avivahealth.com to display approximate pricing in USD; this is an approximation based on the exchange rate at that time. These rates fluctuate daily and your actual exchange rate will be set by your credit card carrier.
Q. Why do some products cost more in Canada?
A. We carry a wide range of top quality products sourced from locations around the world. We're proud to be the unique source in Canada for many great Canadian, American, European, and Asian health products. We always try to structure agreements with our suppliers that allow us to offer quality health products at the best possible price, and are frequently able to offer many items at par with the US dollar (in some cases better). However imported products do incur shipping, handling, and brokerage charges. Some are also subject to import taxes and duty, so the retail cost of these items will generally be higher in Canada than for US residents, regardless of the relative strength of the Canadian dollar. Many health products approved for sale in Canada are also subject to licensing from Health Canada, standards U.S. companies are not required to meet.
