Dear Nathan,
I visited your store about a year ago, complaining of leg cramps. You recommended the product Ion-Mag, by Health Solutions, a liquid trace mineral supplement that is high in natural ionic magnesium.
I started with about 10-20 drops per day but I didn't find any improvement. I visited again and spoke with you. You told me that I should increase to 30-40 drops per day. After I increased the dose, within a few days, I noticed a difference, and the problem now is cured. I haven't a cramp since.
I thank you so much for your recommendation, as this has been a problem for about twenty years, and now, I feel so much better.

Ingredients:
Per dose unit: 47.39 mg concentrated desalinated sea water, 7 mg or 15% of which is Magnesium.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: As a supplement, add 10 to 20 drops to a glass of water and drink, 1 to 3 times a day.
To help prevent magnesium deficiency, add 20 drops to a glass of water 4 times a day.
Warnings:
Some people may experience a laxative effect when taking over 50 drops a day, which disappears when reducing the dose.
