Product Notes:
Part of AOR's Classic Series, Bone Basics contains a highly absorbable form of calcium, from Ossein Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite Complex (MCHA), which aids in building and maintaining strong bones.
Adequate intake of magnesium is needed to prevent our stores of magnesium in the bones being pulled away into the bloodstream, which may lead to the development of osteoporosis.
Vitamin D is also crucial for bone health as this vitamin aids the body to properly absorb calcium; vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to the bones, rather than calcium being deposited in other areas of the body, such as heart valves and arteries.
Vitamin K2 is the most absorbable form of vitamin K and is derived from MK-4 (animal sources) and MK-7 (bacterial fermentation from soy).
Please note, these capsules are now purple in colour, due to the addition of carrot root powder.

Calcium (from bone meal, MCHA): 150.0 mg
Phosphorus (from bone meal, MCHA): 67.79 mg
Boron (citrate): 116.67 mcg
Copper (citrate): 167.0 mcg
Magnesium (ascorbate, citrate, glycinate): 33.33 mg
Manganese (bisglycinate): 830.0 mcg
Zinc (citrate): 1.83 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbate): 16.67 mg
Vitamin K2: 20.0 mcg, consisting of:
- MK-4: 10.0 mcg
- MK-7 (from soy): 10.0 mcg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 4.17 mcg (166.7 IU)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, sucrose, arabic gum, sunflower oil, tocopherol, medium chain triglycerides and tricalcium phosphate. Capsule: hypromellose, carrot root powder.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take up to six capsules daily with meals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
