Rhodiola Relieves Mental Fatigue Related to Stress
Rhodiola has a long history of being used as a medicinal plant, with some uses being recorded as early as the 1500s. A helpful adaptogen, it is most commonly used to improve people's memory, ability to concentrate, and brain energy, with some studies showing those who have taken rhodiola before times of intense concentration realizing improved results.
The way it works is by fortifying organisms to prevent the effects of stressors which, in turn, creates an active defense against a burnout. Rhodiola can improve your physical and mental performance during these times of stress. Some studies suggest rhodiola may also have benefits for fighting tuberculosis, and diabetes, as well as possibly preventing cold, flu, again, and liver damage.
Similarly, Panax ginseng has also been used as a highly regarded herbal remedy for centuries, and belongs to the Araliaceae plant family. Panax ginseng is sometimes referred to as "American" or "True Ginseng," and should not be confused with Siberian Ginseng, which has different effects in the body. Panax ginseng is reputed to be able to reduce fatigue and stress, tone up and stimulate the immune system, increase vitality (both physical and psychological), increase blood circulation, as well as regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

Suggested Usage:
Rhodiola: Adults: Take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach, not immediately before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
