Purpose of the ingredients:
White/Horse Chestnut: To help ease the restless mind.
Star of Bethlehem: For trauma and shock.
Clematis: To combat the tendency to "pass out" or be 'far away' and not present mentally.
Cherry Plum: To counteract anger, or the fear of your mind giving way, or being on the verge of breakdown.
Impatiens: For irritability, tension and fidgety.
Rock Rose: For frozen terror and panic.
Please note that there can be several reasons for insomnia and sleeplessness that Rescue Sleep does not address. During challenging times it is most important that you take good care of yourself by eating well, getting some exercise to encourage deep breathing and circulation, drink plenty of water and allow yourself some time each day to slow down and connect with yourself. Impatiens gladulifera (Impatiens) (Flower), 5X
Orithogalum umbellatum (Star of Bethlehem) (flowering clusters)
Prunus cerasifera (Cherry Plum) (Flowering twigs), 5X
Helianthemum nummulaium (Rock rose) (Flower), 5X
Clematis vitalba (Clematis) (Flowers), 5X
Non-medicinal ingredients: Ethanol 27% (v/v), water.
No artificial colours, fragrances, or animal products; not tested on animals.
Suggested Usage:
Bring spray nozzle up to mouth and apply two sprays to the tongue prior to retiring for sleep; additional sprays may be taken through the night, if needed -- or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a physician if considering it for children under age 6. Store below 25C/77F.
