Bio-D-Mulsion from Biotics Research Corporation is a breakthrough in vitamin D supplementation. Administered through small, easy to manage drops in a readily absorbed emulsified form (in a base of sesame seed oil and acacia gum), this vitamin D supplement provides the body with enough of this important vitamin to help in absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
Bio-D-Mulsion is available here in a choice between a 400 IU (International Units) per drop formulation (a lower dose which is recommended for children), or 1000 IU per drop.
Bio-D-Mulsion may help strengthen softened bones and help prevent vitamin D deficiency (which can particularly afflict those who avoid sunshine or who are house-bound), or help with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, parathyroid dysfunction, diastolic hypotension, calcium and magnesium synergist, free radical issues, bone healing, neuromuscular disease, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
It comes here in an emulsified, "sticky drops" format, which can get well-absorbed, especially when dropped directly underneath the tongue, where the blood-vessels are close to the surface.
The labels on the bottles may differ from the examples shown.
Each drop contains either 400 IU (10 mcg) [Health Canada Natural Product Number: 80020888] or 1,000 IU (25 mcg) [Health Canada Natural Product Number: 80007438] of Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) per drop (depending on the type selected).
Other ingredients: Purified water, acacia gum, and sesame seed oil. Gluten and dairy free.
Take one drop each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a health care professional. (Or 2 drops of the 400 IU type per day for those over age 70.)
Biotics Research Bio-D-Mulsion is intended to be used under the direction and supervision of a health care professional. Use Liquid Vitamin D only as recommended unless otherwise directed. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry area.
