Intenzyme Forte includes a range of powerful enzymes including: pancreatin, bromelain, papain, lipase, amylase, trypsin and alpha chymotrypsin, superoxide dismutase, and catalase, bound together in a gluten-free tablet.
If taken on an empty stomach shortly before eating, Intenzyme Forte will function as a potent digestive aid. This will assist with protein metabolism and hormone processing, and will help to support healthy circulation in addition to promoting healthy digestion and helping reduce the symptoms of food sensitivities. These enzymes will help to break down the proteins associated with inflammation, one of Intenzyme Forte’s most notable benefits.
If this product is taken without food and away from mealtimes, its function will be somewhat altered. Pancreatin (from porcine): 400 mg (10100.0 USP Protease, 1680.0 USP Lipase, 15300.0 USP Amylase)
Papain: 50 mg (1420000.0 FCC PU)
Stem Bromelain: 50 mg (1500000.0 FCC PU)
Triacylglycerol lipase 10 mg (105.0 FCC LU)
Trypsin 1.3 mg (105.26 USP Trypsin units)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Stearic Acid, modified cellulose gum, pea starch, cellulose, magnesium stearate, pharmaceutical glaze.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one tablet, three times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with or immediately before a meal/food. Keep bottle tightly closed and store in a cool, dry area, out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Warnings:
Do not use Biotics Intenzyme Forte if you are sensitive to pork proteins or pancreatic enzymes, and consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato).
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency or cystic fibrosis, diabetes, or a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, or if you have been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder or are having surgery; or if you are taking an anticoagulant or a blood thinner, or an anti-inflammatory or an antibiotic.
