Molybdenum is a trace mineral our bodies use mainly as a cofactor in enzymes for a number of metabolic processes primarily related to digestion and detoxification. We only need small amounts of it and it is present in several common foods, but some may be deficient in it for other reasons, such as those with malabsorption problems caused by gluten- or wheat-sensitivity. To rectify that deficiency, Biotics Research Mo-Zyme Forte is pure Molybdenum, presented in gluten-free tablets.
