Info: 100 Tablets

Molybdenum helps our bodies metabolize proteins, sulfites, purines, and aldehydes as a co-enzyme, and is needed for our detoxification processes. If we're deficient in it or have a condition impairing our ability to use it normally, we may react strongly to foods, drinks or drugs with a lot of sulfites in them (such as wine) in the short term, and it may contribute to conditions such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) over a longer term.

Product Notes:

Molybdenum is a trace mineral our bodies use mainly as a cofactor in enzymes for a number of metabolic processes primarily related to digestion and detoxification. We only need small amounts of it and it is present in several common foods, but some may be deficient in it for other reasons, such as those with malabsorption problems caused by gluten- or wheat-sensitivity. To rectify that deficiency, Biotics Research Mo-Zyme Forte is pure Molybdenum, presented in gluten-free tablets.
