With this original 3.8 cup (900ml) capacity model, you can also remove the chopping blades and use the transparent container to store leftovers with the extra storage lid (included).
Thus unit has stainless steel blades and BPA-free plastic parts in its core and lid. The main container for the VeggiChop is also made of BPA-free plastic
This chopper can be used to make guacamole, salsa, pesto, or hummus, or to chop up nuts or fresh herbs.
Suggested Usage:
For coarse chops, crank the chopper 5 or 6 times; or from 7 to 12 for medium; or 13 to 20 for a fine chop. To purée, pull over 20 times.
Hand wash the lid, bowl and blades. The blades and bowl (but not the lid) can also be placed in the dishwasher, on the top rack.
