• Passionflower, which is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (especially during times of mental stress)
• Inositol, an essential component of cell membrane phospholipids
• Glycine, a non-essential amino acid
GABA reduces the excitability of neurons (specialized cells in the nervous system), inositol aids to balance chemicals throughout the body, glycine promotes efficient transmission of chemical signals in the brain, and passionflower is known for its calming properties - all of these ingredients work together to help produce a serene and more relaxed state of mind.

Each capsule contains:
500 mg Inositol
100 mg GABA (gamma amino butyric acid)
100 mg Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts) 6:1 extract
50 mg L-Glycine
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica.
Does not contain yeast, wheat gluten, soy protein, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), or artificial colouring, preservatives or flavouring.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily before dinner or at bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Warnings:
