Apple cider vinegar has naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic properties, and their Organic Cider Vinegar is just that -- raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized -- with no additives or preservatives, and contains a mother of vinegar (a film which results from the fermentation process, which is rich in nutrients like iron, phenolic compounds, and B- vitamins).

Filsinger's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar comes in large glass bottles. Due to their weight and potential fragility, we are currently only selling them locally in our Winnipeg store, in 945 ml (32 fl oz), 1.89L (64 fl oz) and 3.78L sizes (although arrangements could be made to ship them: please contact us for details if you are interested).
Founded by Alvin Filsinger in the farming community of Ayton in southern Ontario, Filsinger's Organic Foods was one of the first organic farms in Canada and has been growing apples and pears without the use of chemical herbicides or pesticides since 1953. They make all their high quality, certified organic products the old-fashioned way, with minimal processing, right there at the farm.
