Info: 200 grams of Red Beet Crystal Granules
As one of the most naturally abundant carriers of the powerful molecule nitric oxide, red beet crystals are an easy and tasty way to improve your body's circulation, whether it be for better exercise performance, blood pressure, immune system function, brain health, or more!
Product Notes:
Pressed from freshly harvested organic red beets, Flora's Red Beet Crystals are juiced and then dehydrated into crystals, to maximize its nutrient content.
Energizing Superfood
Each 200 gram jar contains the equivalent of 2.6 kg of fresh, organic beets: a concentration ratio of 13 to 1. That which means a single 5 gram serving provides the equivalent of 65 grams of beets, which works out to the equivalent of consuming 8 whole red beet slices or 2.7 whole beets! (Using the multi-units conversion tables from traditionaloven.com, which applies to drained canned beets.)
Delivering nitric oxide isn't the only thing these crystals are good for, either. Red beets also contain potassium, iron, vitamin C, B-vitamins, and more!
Flora Health Red Beet Crystals are created to enjoy and reap the benefits easily. They're very soluble and naturally sweet tasting, and can be added to a variety of dishes effortlessly: be it in juices, yogurt, oatmeal, or even ice cream ;),
Ingredients:
Organic red beet crystals, citric acid.
This product is gluten-free, non-GMO, and suitable for vegans.
Suggested Usage:
This product is suitable for daily consumption.
Just add three teaspoons (or one heaping tablespoon)* to food or drinks, such as in a glass of water (whether all at once, or spread out throughout the day - whichever you prefer).
* Which totals just 5 grams per serving (if the crystals have not taken on extra moisture), thereby providing 40 servings per jar.
Store at room temperature, and keep in a dry place, particularly after opening. Otherwise, 'caking' may occur, since the crystals readily absorb moisture when exposed to air. (This will not compromise the integrity of the product, however: it will just make the red beet powder harder to spoon out and make it appear as though it has shrunk in volume.)
