Product Notes:
You can choose here between a 400 IU / 10 mcg per drop dose, which gives more flexibility to reduce the dosage for children or depending on what other supplements you may be taking, or a stronger 1,000 IU / 25 mcg per drop type that's most suitable for older adults.

Suggested Usage:
400 IU:
