Genestra Ichol and Ichol Plus help support your digestive system and/or liver function with a combination of synergistic herbs and lipotropic factors. Ichol is a purely vegetarian formulation, while Ichol Plus adds ox bile to help support liver function.

Both of these Genestra formulas feature a combination of choline and inositol, to help break down and metabolize fats; L-methionine, to help produce glutathione (a cellular antioxidant which assists detoxification); and dandelion, to help reduce constipation. Ichol also adds Milk Thistle, to help reduce inflammation and improve bile production.

Suggested Usage:
Ichol: Adults: Take two tablets two times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For use beyond six weeks, consult your healthcare practitioner.
Ichol Plus: Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, supplements and food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Store both types in a cool, dry place.
