Product Notes:
Melatonin is our body's natural way of making us drowsy to prepare us for sleep. A key component of our circadian rhythm or sleep/wake cycle, it is produced by the pineal gland in the brain, until its gets shut off when our eyes detect sufficiently bright light (e.g., after dusk, if you are outdoors). However, several things can put that cycle out of whack, such as crossing time zones while travelling, or working in the presence of very bright lights in the evening, or doing shift-work.
In addition, melatonin production tends to decrease naturally as we age, even if we are keeping regular hours, so supplementing with melatonin can be beneficial.

Ingredients:
Each 0.15 ml of Genestra Brands Melatonin Spray contains:
1 mg Melatonin, plus: purified water, glycerin, ethanol, xylitol, natural spearmint flavour, citric acid, potassium sorbate, and rebaudioside A (stevia leaf extract).
Suggested Usage:
For adult use only. Take three sprays orally, once daily, at or before bedtime, or as professionally directed. For use beyond four weeks, consult your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use Genestra Brands Melatonin Spray if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders; migraine, depression and/or hypertension; or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications.
Do not drive or use machinery for five hours after taking melatonin. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than four weeks (chronic insomnia).
