Genestra Multi Glyco is made from a synergistic combination of Alfalfa, Eleuthero, Kelp, Licorice, cattle and pork gland extracts (and more) to help support the endocrine, immune, integumentary, musculoskeletal, and nervous systems and the adrenal gland in carrying out their functions.
As nutritional support, Multi Glyco may help with energy production, vision issues, hair and skin maintenance, thyroid function, and aid in bone health, glucose metabolism*, and indeed - aid one's overall health.
* This contains chromium which supports healthy glucose metabolism by mediating the actions of insulin, which include regulating glucose uptake in cells and promoting its storage as glycogen.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one MultiGlyco tablet daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking any other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond one month. Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or a history of systemic lupus erythematosus; or if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or any type of acute infection; or if you are taking blood thinners, birth control medication; or if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
