Harmonic Arts Botanical Dispensary is a small company of Herbalists based in British Columbia's Vancouver Island who are dedicated to sharing the healing powers of plant medicine, using the best and most sustainable organic and/or wild-harvested herbs they're able to source from their local farming community and wild lands as well as the world market. In addition to selling scores of individual herbs, medicinal mushrooms, and functional foods for those who might want to craft their own blends specific to their needs, they have also formulated a number of artisan blends geared to addressing many common problems or needs which are indicated in the products' names themselves and the descriptions below.

For Hot Infusions: Pour hot water over the herbs and allow them to steep for between 5 and 15 minutes (some types specify 5-10 on the package, some 5-15). Strain and serve. Easily prepared in a French press.
The strength of the brew is determined by the amount of herb used: typically anywhere from just 2 to 3 or 3 or 4 grams (about 1 and 1/4 teaspoons) per cup for most types, all the way up to 10 to 20 grams per 500 ml of water for one or two types, depending on the type (each package has directions on the back).
For a cold infusion, leave it to steep overnight.
For a Decoction, for the Throat Harmony or Tonic Immuni-tea types, lightly simmer the herbs in water in a pot on the stove, just below boiling point for 20-30 minutes (for the Immuni-Tea) or up to an hour (for the Throat Harmony). Strain and serve. Typically 3 to 4 g of tea per 500 ml of water is used for the Immuni-Tea, or 10 to 25g, for the Throat Harmony.
