Aged Garlic Extract has antioxidant activity which may protect against neuronal injury and damage to heart tissue. A relatively large body of evidence supports the ability of aged garlic extract to reduce blood pressure in humans. 

Product Notes:

Unlike many methods that reduce blood pressure the tolerability of aged garlic extract is excellent. Lecithin and its main constituent, choline, are included because each is an important building block for all cell membranes which support cell health and function.

Many studies suggest that Aged Garlic Extract and lecithin may help to maintain healthy cholesterol and homocysteine levels. Thus, this formulation may aid in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and neuronal health through multiple mechanisms.


Each capsule of Formula 104 Contains:
300 mg Aged Garlic Extract (Allium sativum),* 3:1 bulb extract; 900 mg dried equivalent
190 mg Lecithin (Glycine max, soy beans) (1,2-Diacyl-SN-Glycero-3-Phosphocholine)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, gelatin.

* From certified organic garlic and organic soybean oil.

Does not contain corn, dairy, egg, gluten, shellfish, sulfites, or artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Suggested Usage:

Adults: Take 2 capsules with a meal, twice daily. Store in a cool, dry place, away from reach of children.


Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, or if you are taking blood thinners or protease inhibitors.
