Milk Thistle seeds have long been used to help cleanse the liver and related organs of toxins, and this product will indeed do that. But they have also been enhanced in this formulation, both by a month-long fermentation process in a probiotic-rich Kefir/Fombucha solution which makes them easier to absorb and adds other beneficial nutrients (such as organic acids, enzymes, B vitamins, and probiotics), and by two companion herbs which also help detoxify and reduce inflammation, to collectively support not only our internal organs but also our skin.
The first of these, dandelion roots, have also been widely used by herbalists to help cleanse, protect and tone the liver and gallbladder. And the final ingredient, turmeric, is proving to have an impressive range of benefits thanks to its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, including for skin conditions like acne.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily, either with or without food.
