Kefi-Soy: Organic Fermented Soybean (Glycine max, seed) (fermented with 35 strains of therapeutic micro-organisms): 133.3 mg
Saccharomyces cerevisiae (whole cell): 3.33 million CFU
- and a Therapeutic Herb Blend, consisting of:
Organic Aloe Vera (Aloe vera, latex): 100 mg
Organic Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra, stem bark inner): 83.3 mg
Organic Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis, root): 83.3 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Pullulan Capsule.

Gluten- and dairy-free, and free from excipients, binders, additives, and any artificial ingredients or chemicals at every stage of manufacture. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. (The capsules themselves are made from a gummy substance produced by fermenting tapioca.)
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily; either with or without food.
Warnings:
Allergy Alert: contains soy.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS; lymphoma; patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment); or abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, or potential or existing intestinal blockage; atonic bowel; appendicitis; inflammatory colon disease (e.g. Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis); abdominal pain of unknown origin; undiagnosed rectal bleeding; severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes; hemorrhoids; or diarrhea.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using Living Alchemy Your Flora TERRAIN probiotics if you have a fever, nausea, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, abdominal pain, fecal impaction, kidney disorder or are taking cardiac medications (e.g. cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications), thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
If symptoms of digestive upset, abdominal pain, cramps and/or diarrhea, occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
