The Your Flora series of probiotics from Living Alchemy all share a foundation of a natural preparation of fermented soy they've called Kefi-Soy, which helps foster the development of a diverse ecosystem of beneficial microorganisms within our digestive tract, in order to enhance digestion, get more nutrients out of food, and nourish the immune system. This unique Kefir-kombucha fermentation uses non-GMO, certified organic soybean as the base for culturing a combination of 35 different probiotic strains (including several quite important for women's well-being, including, Lactobacillus (L.) acidophilus, L. fermentum, and L. rhamnosus) and delivering a diverse array of naturally evolved micro-organisms, a vast number of vitamins and minerals, and a number of key building blocks for the digestive and immune systems, including amino acids, butyric acid, L-glutamine, nucleotides, phospholipids, peptides, and polyphenols.
This particular 'WOMAN' formula then adds two additional organic ingredients to that Living Culture Symbiotic foundation:
* Organic Cranberry extract, which can help prevent bacterial infections of the urinary tract within eight hours of ingestion, both by preventing many bacteria from binding to the urinary membrane in the first place and by lowering the pH level of the urinary tract to prevent the bacteria which is there from colonizing and multiplying further.
* Organic Roselle, a type of Hibiscus plant rich in the antioxidant vitamin C, which not only enhances cranberry's action to help prevent the bacteria from taking root in the urinary tract, but also helps nourish, protect, and relax the urinary tract's membranes, which can help prevent some types of U.T. infections (such as E. coli).

Dried Cranberry Juice (Vaccinium macrocarpon, Fruit): 133.3 mg
Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa): 133.3 mg

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and also free of any excipients, binders, additives, artificial ingredients or chemicals at every stage of manufacture. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily; either with or without food.
If you have some family members who are reluctant or have difficulty in swallowing capsules, they can consume it as just a powder (either on its own, or mixed with a little water or food).
